Bio

Vicky joined the Department of Geographical Sciences in February 2017. Effective July 2024, she now serves as the Director of Administrative Services. She has worked both as a financial research coordinator and Assistant Director of Business Services during her time in the department. She previously worked in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Maryland for 7 years with the last 4 1/2 years serving as Business Manager. She was awarded the 2016 ECE's Staff Service Award and the 2020 BSOS Outstanding Staff Award-Exceptional Contribution. She graduated from the University of Maryland in 2009 with a BA in Government and Politics. She received a Master's Degree in Sport Administration in 2013 from Canisius College.
